Some highlights of the PS3 console

Did you know that game systems are getting more and more like real computers every single day? Take the PS3 for example: it comes with a hard drive (anywhere from a 40gb to a 250gb). It also comes with a real network adapter (AKA a LAN). You can literally plug it into your router or broadband modem, and browse the web with it, or play online games with other players around the globe. And on top of that, you can install games directly on the hard drive, along with software updates and more.

One can only wonder what the Playstation 4 console is going to bring to the table; will it be even faster and more powerful than most desktop PC’s? Will it come with a keyboard and mouse (this is something that can be purchased separately for the PS3 by the way). Basically the sky is the limit it seems. However, all of that power is not cheap. You will still find yourself paying $250 and up for the PS3 system. However, you may find a good deal on a PS3 for sale at digitalpermutations.com. The last time we checked, the had refurbished and used PS3 consoles listed there for fairly cheap. Ebay and Amazon are also good places to check as well.
